编码荧光彬纳米颗粒作为一类特殊的功能颗粒,以其稳定的形态结构、均匀的粒径分布、良好的单分散性、极高的荧光量子产率和良好的界面反应性等特性,在许多领域特别是生物医学领域具有广泛的应用前景,引起了国内外众多学者的广泛关注。但是在国内研究制备技术不成熟,应用的颗粒探针多依赖进口,如何能使编码荧光影纳米颗粒国产化,将对我国生物医学等领域的发展具有重要意义。主要对编码荧光彬纳米颗粒的定义、组成、分类、制备技术及其应用进行了综述,并对其应用研究前景进行了展望。
編碼熒光彬納米顆粒作為一類特殊的功能顆粒,以其穩定的形態結構、均勻的粒徑分佈、良好的單分散性、極高的熒光量子產率和良好的界麵反應性等特性,在許多領域特彆是生物醫學領域具有廣汎的應用前景,引起瞭國內外衆多學者的廣汎關註。但是在國內研究製備技術不成熟,應用的顆粒探針多依賴進口,如何能使編碼熒光影納米顆粒國產化,將對我國生物醫學等領域的髮展具有重要意義。主要對編碼熒光彬納米顆粒的定義、組成、分類、製備技術及其應用進行瞭綜述,併對其應用研究前景進行瞭展望。

Encoding fluorescent micro/nanoparticles, one kind of functional particles, have attracted more attention of researchers and been used in many fields especially in biomedicine because of their hard shape, narrower particle size distribution, good monodispersivity and high photoluminescent quantum yield (PLQY). However, the development situation of preparing technologies of encoding fluorescent micro/nanoparticles is far from enough in our country, and the products used are mainly imported from other countries. It will be an great importance for the development of our biomedical and other fields by applying nationalized encoding fluorescent micro/ nanoparticles. The definition, categories, composition and preparing technologies of encoding fluorescent micro/ nanopartiele are introduced as a very important part. In the end, the development in the research and application of encoding fluorescent micro/nanoparticles is anticipated.
