目的探讨FPSA/TPSA及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在前列腺癌诊断中的临床价值。方法采用化学发光免疫分析法(CLIA)测定68例患者(其中PCa32例,BPH36例)和66例正常健康体检男性的血清FPSA/TPSA水平,同时采用EUSA检测VEGF。结果前列腺肥大(BPH)组、前列腺癌(PCa)组的TPSA、FPSA及VEGF水平均高于正常对照组(P〈0.01)。而FPSA/TPSA在PCa组则有显著性差异(p〈0.01);其中联合TPSA〉4.0ng/ml、VEGF〉58.48pg/ml和FPSA/TPSA〉0.15时其临床灵敏度、特异度分最好别为88.5%、86.1%。结论联合检测FPSA/TPSA及VEGF在前列腺疾病尤其是PCa诊断上具有重要的临床价值。

Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of the detection of FPSA/TPSA and VEGF in prostate cancer. Method: The levels of the ratio of FPSA to TPSA (FPSA/TPSA) of 68 samples of serum of the patients (32 patients with PCa, 36 patients with BPH) and 66 healthy men as control were measured by CLIA; at the same time VEGF were measured by ELISA. Results: Both the serum TPSA and FPSA levels in patients with PCa or patients with BPH were higher than that in controls and the ratio of FPSA to TPSA was lower in patients with PCa group. By Jointing tPSA 〉 4. Ong/ml, VEGF 〉 58.48 pg,/ml, and FPSA/TPSA 〉 0. 15when the clinical sensitivity and specificity of other sub - best 86. 6%, 85.0%. Conclusion: FPSA/TPSA VEGF may be used as sensitive parametres of diagnosing prostate diseases especially the prostate cancer. Combinative measuring had more practical value.
