Observation competence is the basic ability that writers should be provided with.Learning to observe is a necessary prerequisite and basis for writing.Against the status quo of higher vocational students＇ lack of observation,the article dwells on the four aspects of stimulating the interests,developing the habits,mastering the methods and intensifying the training.
