目的:评价两种树脂粘结剂用于后牙V类洞树脂修复的边缘封闭效果。方法:新鲜拔除的人第三磨牙40颗,随机分为4组,制备标准V类洞型,分别采用两种树脂粘结剂处理后,分别采用两种复合树脂充填,在2%的亚甲基蓝溶液中染色24小时,窝洞中心处纵切牙体,立体视显微镜下观察并计分。结果:B组与C组使用无统计学差异外,其余3组间均存在明显统计学差异。结论:全酸蚀粘接剂更利于防止微渗漏。XP bond与Quitfil树脂及DC bond与Clearfil AP-XTM树脂运用均可接受。

Objective:To evaluate the marginal microleakage of two dentin adhensive systems in Class V restorations of molars.Methods:Standardized Class V cavities were cut in 40 extracted molars that randomly divided to 4 groups( n = 10 for each group).Two adhensive systems and two resin composite were applied to each group.The specimens were staines in a solution of 2% methylene blue (24 hours).Each specimen was evaluated the microleakage by section under a stereomicroscope.Results: There is significant statistical differences between three groups except group B and group C.Conclusion:Total-etch adhensive has more advantegeous to prevent Microleakage.XP bond used with Quitfil resin and DC bond with Clearfil AP-XTM resin are acceptable.
