利用UASB+CASS组合工艺处理酿造废水,结果表明,该组合工艺可有效去除生产废水中的CODc。BOD5、SS等主要污染物,在UASB反应器进水CODCr,BOD5、SS分别为3356mg/L、1552mg/L和3211mg/L时,出水CODcr、BOD,、SS浓度分别为39mg/L、16mg/L和49mg/L,去除率可分别达到97.29%、97.53%和83.33%。出水水质稳定且出水达到《啤酒工业污染物排放标准》GB19821—2005规定的排放标准。
利用UASB+CASS組閤工藝處理釀造廢水,結果錶明,該組閤工藝可有效去除生產廢水中的CODc。BOD5、SS等主要汙染物,在UASB反應器進水CODCr,BOD5、SS分彆為3356mg/L、1552mg/L和3211mg/L時,齣水CODcr、BOD,、SS濃度分彆為39mg/L、16mg/L和49mg/L,去除率可分彆達到97.29%、97.53%和83.33%。齣水水質穩定且齣水達到《啤酒工業汙染物排放標準》GB19821—2005規定的排放標準。
이용UASB+CASS조합공예처리양조폐수,결과표명,해조합공예가유효거제생산폐수중적CODc。BOD5、SS등주요오염물,재UASB반응기진수CODCr,BOD5、SS분별위3356mg/L、1552mg/L화3211mg/L시,출수CODcr、BOD,、SS농도분별위39mg/L、16mg/L화49mg/L,거제솔가분별체도97.29%、97.53%화83.33%。출수수질은정차출수체도《비주공업오염물배방표준》GB19821—2005규정적배방표준。
Using combined process of UASB + CASS to treat brewing wastewater,the results show that the combined process can effectively remove CODCr,BOD5,SS and other major pollutants in the wastewater of production.in the UASB reactor influent,COD_(Cr),BOD_5,SS were 3 356 mg/L,1 552 mg/L and 321 mg/L, the effluent concentrations of COD_(Cr),BOD_5,SS were 39 mg/L,16 mg/L and 49 mg/L,the removal rate reached 97.29%,97.53% And 83.33%.The effluent water quality is stable and reached the emission standards prescribed in "Emission Standards for the Beer Industry"GB19821-2005.
