将虚拟仪器技术和光热偏转检测技术相结合,在LabVIEW平台上设计开发了一套材料热扩散率测量的自动扫描和数据处理系统。整个系统在仪器控制、数据采集和数据显示等方面实现了自动化测量,并且集成了光热偏转检测技术的数据处理功能。实验结果表明系统运行稳定,操作简单快捷,具有很好的实时性和直观性。
將虛擬儀器技術和光熱偏轉檢測技術相結閤,在LabVIEW平檯上設計開髮瞭一套材料熱擴散率測量的自動掃描和數據處理繫統。整箇繫統在儀器控製、數據採集和數據顯示等方麵實現瞭自動化測量,併且集成瞭光熱偏轉檢測技術的數據處理功能。實驗結果錶明繫統運行穩定,操作簡單快捷,具有很好的實時性和直觀性。

Combining virtual instrument with photothermal deflection technology, a set of automatic scanning and data processing system of thermal diffusivity measurement is designed based on the LabVIEW platform. The whole system realizes the automated measurement in the instrument control, data acquisition and data display, and data processing function of photothermal deflection technology is also integrated. The experimental results show that the system operates steadily, manipulates simply and quickly, and it has good real-time and intuitive feature.
