渔业经济学科是水产科学的重要组成部分，学科发展对于总结渔业生产活动、支撑渔业经济研究、指导渔业发展实践行动具有重要意义。社会主义市场经济体制建立以来，我国渔业经济研究，为发展中国家和转型体制国家的渔业发展探索了全新的经济学理论，创立了中国特色的渔业经济学科。本文对我国渔业经济学科前沿与现实急迫的渔业经济8个问题进行探讨：产量增长拐点的经济学问题、渔业市场经济下“渔民、渔业、渔村”关系新变化、近海水产资源捕捞管理的经济问题、失海失水渔民补偿问题、低碳渔业与碳汇渔业的经济学问题、公共渔业资源体制问题、渔业基层经营体制、水产科技创新及转化生产力的经济学问题。我国渔业市场经济理论和实践时间较短，渔业经济学科知识体系尚不健全。福建省已经把渔业经济研究列入重要的政府工作，组织渔业经济专家、学者协力推进，对渔业经济持续发展提供理论指导，福建渔业经济学科建设也将进入新的提高阶段。

Fishery economics is an important component of fisheries. The development of fishery economics is of great significance for summarizing fishery production activities, supporting the fishery economy research and guiding practice of fishery development. Since socialist market economic system established, fishery economy research in our country has explored new economic theory for fishery development of developing country and transition country, and founded fishery economics with Chinese characteristic. According to the frontier and present situation of fishery economics, the paper discussed eight urgent problems, such as economics problems of production growth turning point, new change of relationship among fisherman, fishery and fishing village under the conditions of fisheries market economy, economics problems of management of offshore fishery resources, fisherman compensation problems of loss of seawater, economics problems of low carbon fishery and carbon sink fishery, public fishery re- sources system problems, fishery base management system, economics problems of fishery science and technology innovation and productive transformation. The time of fishery market economic theory and practice is short in our country, the fishery economics knowledge is still imperfection. Fujian province has placed fishery economy research as an important government work, organized fishery economy experts and scholars to work together, strengthened theoretical guidance for sustainable development of fishery economy and Fujian fishery economics construction will be improved.
