为探讨维甲酸诱导小鼠肝癌细胞凋亡的血清微量元素的变化,收集30例实验组BALB C 小鼠血清标品,应用等离子体发射光谱仪测定了Se、Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg含量.结果表明,血清微量元素含量测定,维甲酸组Zn、Mg含量低于对照组, Se、Cu、Fe、Ca含量和对照组比差异无显著性(P>0.05). 提示维甲酸诱导小鼠肝细胞凋亡,血清微量元素含量变化不大与肝癌发生、发展无相关性.

위탐토유갑산유도소서간암세포조망적혈청미량원소적변화,수집30례실험조BALB C 소서혈청표품,응용등리자체발사광보의측정료Se、Zn、Cu、Fe、Ca、Mg함량.결과표명,혈청미량원소함량측정,유갑산조Zn、Mg함량저우대조조, Se、Cu、Fe、Ca함량화대조조비차이무현저성(P>0.05). 제시유갑산유도소서간세포조망,혈청미량원소함량변화불대여간암발생、발전무상관성.
To investigate the change of the trace elements in the liver cancer serum of mouse by retinoic acid.The content of Se,Zn,Cu,Fe,Ca,Mg of 30 cases liver cancer serum of mouse was examined by ICP instruments. The results showed that contents of Zn,Mg of serum in the liver cancer was gradually lower than control groups (P<0.01~0.05). The content of Se,Cu,Fe,Ca of serum was not significantly different (P>0.05). The study showed that the change of the trace elements in liver cancer serum of mouse is retinoic acid are not related to occurrence and development of cancer.
