目的 探讨人参皂甙(GS)对阿魏酸钠(SF)急性酒精中毒小鼠保护作用的影响.方法 小鼠分别灌胃SF100 mg/kg、SF100 mg/kg+GS50 mg/kg、SF100 mg/kg+GS 100 mg/kg、SF100 mg/kg+GS150 mg/kg,连续给药12d.末次给药后30min均灌胃7.11 g/kg乙醇.记录小鼠翻正反射消失和恢复时间;处死动物,取肝测组织丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及乙醇脱氢酶(ADH)的活性.结果 和模型组比较,SF能明显延长小鼠翻正反射消失时间,并提高ADH活性:联合用药大、小剂量组MDA含量均低于模型组.结论 SF对急性酒精中毒小鼠有较好的保护作用,GS与SF联合用药不能有效增强SF的保护作用.

목적 탐토인삼조대(GS)대아위산납(SF)급성주정중독소서보호작용적영향.방법 소서분별관위SF100 mg/kg、SF100 mg/kg+GS50 mg/kg、SF100 mg/kg+GS 100 mg/kg、SF100 mg/kg+GS150 mg/kg,련속급약12d.말차급약후30min균관위7.11 g/kg을순.기록소서번정반사소실화회복시간;처사동물,취간측조직병이철(MDA)함량、초양화물기화매(SOD)급을순탈경매(ADH)적활성.결과 화모형조비교,SF능명현연장소서번정반사소실시간,병제고ADH활성:연합용약대、소제량조MDA함량균저우모형조.결론 SF대급성주정중독소서유교호적보호작용,GS여SF연합용약불능유효증강SF적보호작용.
Objective To observe the effect of Ginsenosides on protection of Sodium ferulate in acute alcoholism mice.Method Different groups of mice were daily administered intragastrically with SF (100 mg/kg),SF +GS (50mg/kg),SF+GS (100 mg/kg),and SF+GS (150 mg/kg),respectively,for 12 days.30 minutes after the last administration,the animals were given ethanol (7.11 g/kg) intragastrically.The tolerance time and the lasting time of the loss of righting reflex (LR) were recorded.Malonaldehyde (MDA) content,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and alcohol dehydrogenase (ADH) activity of the liver were assayed.Result Compared with the control group,SF obviously delayed the tolerance time of LR,shortened the lasting time of LR,and increased the hepatic ADH activity.Both the high and the low dose of GS used concomitantly with SF decreased MDA content in liver.Conclusion SF has significant protective effect on acute alcoholism mice,while the combination of SF and GS probably can not enhance the protection of SF against acute alcoholism.
