目的观察系统性硬皮病(PSS)患者循环内皮细胞(CEC)数量的变化,了解PSS患者的血管内皮细胞受损伤情况及川芎素对PSS患者血管内皮细胞的影响,探讨川芎素治疗PSS的疗效机理。方法使用川芎素治疗PSS患者38例,观察治疗前后CEC的数量变化,以53例健康人的CEC数量作为对照比较。结果经川芎素治疗后,38例PSS患者的皮肤硬化、末梢疼痛、冷感、溃疡指数均有明显的改善(P<0.01)。治疗前PSS患者的CEC数量(3.40±1.27个/0.9μL)明显高于健康对照组(1.13±0.48个/0.9μL),治疗后随着临床症状、体征的好转,CEC数量也显著下降(1.80±0.58个/0.9μL)。结论川芎素治疗PSS不仅能显著改善临床症状和体征,而且对PSS患者的血管内皮细胞损伤也有较好的治疗和保护作用。

목적관찰계통성경피병(PSS)환자순배내피세포(CEC)수량적변화,료해PSS환자적혈관내피세포수손상정황급천궁소대PSS환자혈관내피세포적영향,탐토천궁소치료PSS적료효궤리。방법사용천궁소치료PSS환자38례,관찰치료전후CEC적수량변화,이53례건강인적CEC수량작위대조비교。결과경천궁소치료후,38례PSS환자적피부경화、말소동통、랭감、궤양지수균유명현적개선(P<0.01)。치료전PSS환자적CEC수량(3.40±1.27개/0.9μL)명현고우건강대조조(1.13±0.48개/0.9μL),치료후수착림상증상、체정적호전,CEC수량야현저하강(1.80±0.58개/0.9μL)。결론천궁소치료PSS불부능현저개선림상증상화체정,이차대PSS환자적혈관내피세포손상야유교호적치료화보호작용。
Objective To observe the quantity of circulating endothelial cells (CECs) in patients with progressive systemic sclerosis (PSS), and to investigate the effect of sodium ferulate (SF) on the vascular endothelial cell (VEC) of PSS patients. Methods 38 PSS patients were treated with SF, CEC of all patients were detected quantitatively before and after the treatment, and compared with that of 53 healthy controls. Results After the treatment with SF, the skin sclerosis, distal pain, cold sensation, and ulcer index in 38 PSS patients were improved ( P < 0.01); the number of CEC also decreased, from 3.40±0.27/0.9μL before treatment which was markedly higher than that of normal controls (1.13±0.48/0.9μL) to 1.80±0. 58/0.9μL after treatment. Conclusion SF can not only improve the clinical manifestations of the PSS patients, but protects the VECs from injury and has a good therapeutic effect on PSS patient.
