利用有限元分析软件,针对纸浆模塑典型结构单元,应用双线性运动增强型材料模型,进行系统力学分析,以力学分析得到的纸浆模塑缓冲结构单元的静态压缩曲线为基础,得出了缓冲包装结构拔模斜度对缓冲性能存在较大的影响,斜度在4°~8°时缓冲性能最佳的结论.研究结果能为缓冲包系统的设计提供一定参考.

A method was given to use ANSYS software to analyze the structure of cushion package, build the bilinear kinematics hardening molded and make a mathematical analysis for different structural unit of the molded paper-pulp. Based on the encapsulate curve of structural unit for the molded paper pulp,relationship of the taper angle of structural unit was revealed for the molded paper-pulp and cushion performance, and it was found that the best taper angle of structural unit is 4°~8°.
