研究瞭簡單退火、雙重退火、固溶時效和形變熱處理對 Ti-6242S 閤金顯微組織和性能的影響,選擇齣雙重退火熱處理工藝,即在 900~980℃,1 h,空冷+593℃,8 h,空冷處理的棒材,顯微組織為等軸α+β轉,併具有最佳的綜閤性能.
연구료간단퇴화、쌍중퇴화、고용시효화형변열처리대 Ti-6242S 합금현미조직화성능적영향,선택출쌍중퇴화열처리공예,즉재 900~980℃,1 h,공랭+593℃,8 h,공랭처리적봉재,현미조직위등축α+β전,병구유최가적종합성능.
The effects of heat treatments, including simple annealing, duplex annealing, solution treatment and aging, thermomechanical treatment, on the microstructure and properties of Ti-6242S alloy were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the bar duplex annealed at 900~980℃,1 h AC+593℃,8 h, AC is equiaxial α+βtrans crystal, and the alloy has an excellent comprehensive properties.
