目的：研制一种骨盆多功能外固定架治疗最不稳定骨盆骨折脱位及髋部骨折脱位。方法：采用三种不同的固定方法，治疗半侧骨盆骨折脱位、耻骨联合骨折分离及髋部骨折脱位。结果：32例随访平均1年，优良率达60%～90%，钉道感染1例，骨圆钉松动1例，无严重并发症。结论：该外固定架操作简便，固定安全牢稳，减轻疼痛，便于搬动，护理方便，早期下床活动，基层医院易推广。
목적：연제일충골분다공능외고정가치료최불은정골분골절탈위급관부골절탈위。방법：채용삼충불동적고정방법，치료반측골분골절탈위、치골연합골절분리급관부골절탈위。결과：32례수방평균1년，우량솔체60%～90%，정도감염1례，골원정송동1례，무엄중병발증。결론：해외고정가조작간편，고정안전뢰은，감경동통，편우반동，호리방편，조기하상활동，기층의원역추엄。
Objective: In order to treat pelvic and hip bone fracture and dislocation,the multifunctional external fixture were manufactured.Methods:The half pelvic fracture and dislocation,fracture and separation of pubic symphysis and hip bone fracture and dislocation were treated with three different methods.Results:The 32 cases were followed up for average of one year,the excellent rate is 60～90%，1 case is infectied,1 case is loosen,no grievous complieation.Conclusion:The operation of external fixture is simple,the fixture securing and firm,lenitive,easy to be fransfered expediently nurse,early movement,easy to popularize in hospital of grass roots.
