提出一种低成本、结构简单,直径为¢1.8mm的摆头式棒状压电微马达。阐述了压电微马达的驱动机理、部分制作工艺及工作特性。该压电微马达的换能激振部分采用外形尺寸¢1.8 mm×8 mm的压电陶瓷圆棒,马达整体装配外形尺寸¢1.8 mm×12 mm,质量不足0.25 g,稳定工作频带宽,约为3 kHz,最高空载转速不低于500r/min。

This paper presents a low-cost and simple-construction rod-type micro piezoelectric motor with ¢1.8 mm in diameter and bending vibration modes.The working mechanism,preparation processure and characteristics are investigated.The outline of piezoelectric transducer is rod with ¢1.8 mm×8 mm,while that of whole micro ultrasonic motor ¢1.8 mm×12 mm and its weight less 0.25 g.It has the features such as wide stable frequency range 3 kHz and maximum speed over 500 r/min without load.
