研究9个Ag(Ⅰ)与双螯合六氮杂环希夫碱(L)配合物的体外抗肿瘤活性.结果显示9个配合物对癌细胞生长都有较强的抑制作用.其生物活性的大小可能与配合物单元中Ag(Ⅰ)原子的多少及其空间位阻有关.
研究9箇Ag(Ⅰ)與雙螯閤六氮雜環希伕堿(L)配閤物的體外抗腫瘤活性.結果顯示9箇配閤物對癌細胞生長都有較彊的抑製作用.其生物活性的大小可能與配閤物單元中Ag(Ⅰ)原子的多少及其空間位阻有關.

Nine silver(Ⅰ) complexes (1~9) of macrocyclic Schiff base (L) with different anions have been prepared and structurally characterized, where L is a hexaaza-macrocyclic Schiff base derived from the [2=2]condensation of terephthalaldehyde and 3-azapentane-1,5-diamine.The results of activity assay indicated that 1~9 strongly inhibit the growth of several human solid carcinoma cell lines. Their anti-tumor activities are possibly related to the amount and the emplacement of Ag(Ⅰ) in the complexes.
