以(±)-2-[4-(1,3-二氧代-2异吲哚啉基)苯基]丁酸为原料合成了(±)-2-[4-(1-氧代-2异吲哚啉基)苯基]丁酸乙酯,收率为77.4%,该合成法未见文献报道。

In this paper,the synthesis of(±)ethyl2-[4-(1-oxo-2-isoindolinyl)phenyl]butyrate using 2-[4-(1,3-dioxo-2-isoindolinyl)phenyl]butyric acid as the starting material was described. This synthetic method has not been reported up to now and the yield is good (77.4%).
