本文用荧光猝灭法对矿泉水中硝酸根进行了测定,考察了实验条件的影响及干扰情况,建立了测定的最佳条件.此方法的线性范围为 0.1~1.5 μg/ml,重现性好,平均回收率为 97%,是测定水中微量硝酸根的一种灵敏、快速的新方法.
本文用熒光猝滅法對礦泉水中硝痠根進行瞭測定,攷察瞭實驗條件的影響及榦擾情況,建立瞭測定的最佳條件.此方法的線性範圍為 0.1~1.5 μg/ml,重現性好,平均迴收率為 97%,是測定水中微量硝痠根的一種靈敏、快速的新方法.

The determination of nitrate radical in mineral water by fluorescence quenching method was studied.The experimental conditions were examined and optimized.The effects of some coexistent ions were examined.The liear range was wide (0.1~1.5 μg/ml).Recovery yield reached 97%.It was a sensitive,fast spead new method determinated nitrate radical in water.
