目的:探讨健康育龄妇女正常月经周期中血浆及子宫内膜内皮素(ET)的变化,ET和卵巢甾体激素的相关性。方法:对38名正常月经周期妇女分别于增殖早、中期,分泌中、晚期,取4次静脉血,应用放射免疫方法测定血浆ET、雌激素(E2)、孕激素(P)含量,其中27名妇女选择某一期,采血同时取内膜测定子宫内膜ET含量。结果:正常月经周期各阶段血浆ET水平无明显差异。子宫内膜组织ET,分泌中、晚期(3.90±1.30 pg/mg)显著高于增殖早、中期(2.76±1.25 pg/mg)(P<0.05)。无论是血浆ET还是子宫内膜组织ET均与雌、孕激素之间无明显相关性。结论:子宫内膜中的ET可能通过自分泌和(或)旁分泌机制参与子宫出血的调节,并与月经的始动有关。

목적:탐토건강육령부녀정상월경주기중혈장급자궁내막내피소(ET)적변화,ET화란소치체격소적상관성。방법:대38명정상월경주기부녀분별우증식조、중기,분비중、만기,취4차정맥혈,응용방사면역방법측정혈장ET、자격소(E2)、잉격소(P)함량,기중27명부녀선택모일기,채혈동시취내막측정자궁내막ET함량。결과:정상월경주기각계단혈장ET수평무명현차이。자궁내막조직ET,분비중、만기(3.90±1.30 pg/mg)현저고우증식조、중기(2.76±1.25 pg/mg)(P<0.05)。무론시혈장ET환시자궁내막조직ET균여자、잉격소지간무명현상관성。결론:자궁내막중적ET가능통과자분비화(혹)방분비궤제삼여자궁출혈적조절,병여월경적시동유관。
Objective: To investigate the variation of plasmic and endometrial endothelin levels in healthy fertile women during normal menstrual cycle. To determine the relationship between levels of endothelin and concentrations of serum estradiol and progesterone.
Methods: Blood samples were obtained on four occasions throughout the normal menstrual cycle (early-proliferative phase, mid-proliferative phase, mid-secretory phase and late-secretory phase)from 38 normally menstruating women. Plasmic endothelin, estradiol and progesterone were measured by radioimmunoassay. 27 women agreed to have an endometrial biopsy taken for evaluation of endometrial endothelin level at one occasion together with blood sampling.
Results: There were no significant differences of plasmic endothelin levels in different phases of normal menstrual cycle. There was no correlation between plasmic endothelin and estradiol or progesterone. In contrast, endometrial endothelin concentrations varied in different phases of the menstrual cycle. The levels of endometrial endothelin in proliferative phase were significant lower than those in secretory phase (2.76±1.25 pg/mg, 3.90±1.30 pg/mg respectively, P<0.05). No correlation was found between endometrial endothelin and ovarian steroid concentrations.
Conclusion: Endometrial ET might play an important role in the onset of menstruation and in regulating of uterine bleeding.
