目的:直接在口腔内修补脱瓷的金属烤瓷冠桥。方法:通过建立胶体微电解池对金属底层进行电化学处理来获得金属表面微固位孔,采用剪切强度测试、扫描电镜观察、临床应用效果进行评价。结果:抗剪强度平均值为8.5MPa;SEM观察:合金表面可形成大量分布均匀的微孔,抗剪强度测试后可见金属表面有残余复合树脂以及断裂在微孔内的复合树脂。临床应用3a观察发现:金属电化学处理组成功率高于未经处理组。结论:运用胶体微电解池电化学方法即点式电解蚀刻的方法可直接在口腔内修补脱瓷的金属烤瓷冠桥,短期临床效果好。

Objective:To repair the porcelain fused to metal restoratives ofunlocking porcelain directly in mouth.Methods:By establishing the colloidal microelectrolytic pool etching to gain micropores,which was evaluated by shear stress testing,SEM observing,clinical utilyzing.Results:The shear stress was 8.5MPa.There were lots of micropores arranged homogenously on the surface of metal and much residual composite resin exsited after shear stress testing;clinical success rate in the group that treated by Spot-electrolytical etching was higher than that abrased (P<0.05) during three years.Conclusions:The technique of repairing the porcelain fused to metal restoratives of unlocking porcelain directly in mouth by spot-electrolytic etching is practical.
