目的观察氟西汀对肿瘤并发抑郁患者免疫功能的影响。方法采用Zung自评表测定34例肿瘤并发抑郁患者的抑郁程度，根据抑郁评分应用氟西汀治疗，观察治疗前后免疫指标的改变，包括T细胞亚群、NK细胞、免疫球蛋白水平的测定。采用流式细胞仪和全自动生化分析仪测定。结果治疗前肿瘤患者的CD3，CD4，CD4/CD8比值、免疫球蛋白及NK细胞均明显下降，CD8增加。治疗4周后显示CD3，CD4，CD4/CD8比值、免疫球蛋白水平及NK细胞显著升高。结论提示氟西汀对改变肿瘤并发抑郁患者机体免疫功能，提高生活质量起着重要作用。
목적관찰불서정대종류병발억욱환자면역공능적영향。방법채용Zung자평표측정34례종류병발억욱환자적억욱정도，근거억욱평분응용불서정치료，관찰치료전후면역지표적개변，포괄T세포아군、NK세포、면역구단백수평적측정。채용류식세포의화전자동생화분석의측정。결과치료전종류환자적CD3，CD4，CD4/CD8비치、면역구단백급NK세포균명현하강，CD8증가。치료4주후현시CD3，CD4，CD4/CD8비치、면역구단백수평급NK세포현저승고。결론제시불서정대개변종류병발억욱환자궤체면역공능，제고생활질량기착중요작용。
Objective To investigate the influence of Fluoxetine on immunofunction in tumor patients with drepssion. Methods Using Zung self-scale tables, depression was graded in 34 patients with tumor who used Fluoxetine. Immunological indexes, including T cell subgroup, NK cell and immunoglobulin were measured,using flow cytometry and biochemical analysis instrument before and after administration. Results The levels of CD3,CD4, immunoglobulin , NK cell and the ratio of CD4/CD8 decreased markedly and that of CD8 significantly elevated before treatment.However, the levels of CD3,CD4, immunoglobulin , NK cell and the ratio of CD4/CD8 were significantly elevected 4 weeks after treatment. Conclusion Our study suggests,that Fluoxetine plays an important role in improving immunological function and life quality in tumor patients with depression.
