为探明显齿蛇葡萄挥发油化学成分,以便更好地开发利用,取显齿蛇葡萄的春季和夏季幼嫩茎叶混合物分别进行水蒸汽蒸馏,得到挥发油.通过GC-MS分析,初步鉴定出春季样挥发油26种成分,夏季样17种成分.应用色谱峰面积归一法测定各成分相对百分率,春季样和夏季样挥发油化学成分相差较大,但主要成分均为叶绿醇、正十六酸、雪松醇等.
為探明顯齒蛇葡萄揮髮油化學成分,以便更好地開髮利用,取顯齒蛇葡萄的春季和夏季幼嫩莖葉混閤物分彆進行水蒸汽蒸餾,得到揮髮油.通過GC-MS分析,初步鑒定齣春季樣揮髮油26種成分,夏季樣17種成分.應用色譜峰麵積歸一法測定各成分相對百分率,春季樣和夏季樣揮髮油化學成分相差較大,但主要成分均為葉綠醇、正十六痠、雪鬆醇等.

The essential oil was obtained from the mixture of soft stems and leaves of Ampelopis grossedentata of spring and summer respectively in the way of steam distillation.26 components in spring sample and 17 components in summer sample were determined by GC-MS,and relative confeuts of every component were determined by area nomalization.The results show that chemical components between the spring sample and the summer sample are quite different from each other.The main components of both samples include:phytol,n-hexadecanoic acid and cedrol.
