采用化学分析、电子能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和X光电子能谱(XPS)等方法,研究了高炉入炉焦和风口焦中矿物质元素种类、含量、化学形态及物种。研究表明:高炉风口焦与入炉焦相比,矿物质元素种类差别不大,但含量差别较大;风口焦中矿物质物种的区别在于增加了Si、Al、Fe单质和Ba2+的物种。
採用化學分析、電子能譜(EDS)、X射線衍射(XRD)和X光電子能譜(XPS)等方法,研究瞭高爐入爐焦和風口焦中礦物質元素種類、含量、化學形態及物種。研究錶明:高爐風口焦與入爐焦相比,礦物質元素種類差彆不大,但含量差彆較大;風口焦中礦物質物種的區彆在于增加瞭Si、Al、Fe單質和Ba2+的物種。

The chemical states and species of mineral in cokes from different blast furnaces were studied by chemical analysis, EDS, XRD and XPS. The experimental results showed that: Compared with skip coke, the kinds of mineral elements in tuyere coke have no obvious difference, but the contents of mineral elements are different; the chemical states and species of some minerals such as Si, Al, Fe, Ba2+ were also found in tuyere coke.
