初步研究了锌铬膜工艺条件。首先初步确定了锌铬膜涂料中锌粉、铬酐和硼酸的含量,筛选出两种有效的还原剂R1和R2并初步确定了其含量。之后利用正交实验研究了锌铬膜涂料基本组成的最佳配比。最后筛选出添加剂A有效提高了锌铬膜的结合力。指出了锌铬膜工艺下一步研究的重点。

The technique of Zn-Cr coating was preliminary studied in this paper. Firstly, the contents of zinc powder, CrO3 and H3BO3 in the Zn-Cr coating paint were preliminary studied. The two kinds of reductant R1 and R2 were selected and the contents of them were determined. Then the optimum composition of the Zn-Cr coating paint was researched. At last, the additive A was selected to improve the adhesion of the coating. Further research efforts were pointed out.
