将液滴法制备空心玻璃微球(HGM)的过程划分为液滴的形成、凝胶球壳的形成与干燥、干凝胶球壳的熔炼等阶段,分析了各阶段的物理过程,提出了控制液滴大小、初始速率和液滴中玻璃形成物含量的定量方法,阐述了炉体轴向温度分布、抽气速率和吹扫气体组成对形成HGM的影响。
將液滴法製備空心玻璃微毬(HGM)的過程劃分為液滴的形成、凝膠毬殼的形成與榦燥、榦凝膠毬殼的鎔煉等階段,分析瞭各階段的物理過程,提齣瞭控製液滴大小、初始速率和液滴中玻璃形成物含量的定量方法,闡述瞭爐體軸嚮溫度分佈、抽氣速率和吹掃氣體組成對形成HGM的影響。

The physical process of liquid droplet method to fabricate hollowglass microspheres(HGM) is divided into 3 main sections as droplet formation,the formation and drying of gel shells,and the fusion of dried gel shells,to analyze the principles of HGM formation process and the influences of factors.As results,methods to quantitatively control the size and velocity of droplets and the amount of glass forming oxides in a single droplet are derived.And the effects of temperature profile,rate of purge gas and its components on the formation of HGM are discussed.
