目的 建立犬减压病模型。方法 采用不充分减压法诱发犬减压病模型。结果 狗在0.6MPa压缩空气环境暴露60min,以(0.07±0.02)MPa/min速率减至常压后可诱发犬减压病。结论 0.6MPa组发病率(83.3%)明显高于0.2MPa组和0.4MPa组(16.7%和41.7%,P<0.05)。

Objective To develop a model of dog decompressio n sickness(DCS).Methods Dogs were exposed to hyperbaric environment (0.6 MPa,60 min) and the n decompressed (0.07±0.02 MPa/min) to average pressure.Re sults DCS was induced. Conclusion 0.6 MPa group had a 83.3% incid ence of DCS,which was significant ly higher(P<0.05) than the 0.2 Mpa group and 0.4 Mp a group(16.7%and 41.7%).
