对催化裂化再生器中使CO完全氧化的Pt/Al2O3助燃剂的失活进行了研究。发现Pt/Al2O3助燃剂的失活与气流中氧的存在密切相关。GPLE失活动力学模型能很好地拟合试验数据,其失活级数为2。估算了助燃剂的平衡活性,结果与工业实际值相符合。

The deactivation of Pt/Al2O3 promoter for complete catalytic oxidation of CO in a catalytic cracking regenerator was studied.It is found that deactivation of Pt/Al2O3 promoter is closely related to oxygen in gas stream.The deactivation kinetics model of GPLE(general power law expression) can fit the experiment data well.The deactivation is of second order.The estimated equilibrium activity of the promoter accords with that in industrial practice.
