试样以过氧化钠高温熔融,再用含有硼酸的酸性水溶液浸出,将二氧化硅转化成可溶性硅酸。在一定酸度下,硅酸与钼酸铵作用,生成可溶性的硅钼杂多酸。用草酸掩蔽磷、砷等,用硫酸亚铁铵将硅钼杂多酸还原为硅钼蓝,之后进行光度法测定。二氧化硅的质量浓度在0~6mg/L范围内符合郎伯比耳定律。此方法快速、简便、灵敏度高,可不经分离直接测定。
試樣以過氧化鈉高溫鎔融,再用含有硼痠的痠性水溶液浸齣,將二氧化硅轉化成可溶性硅痠。在一定痠度下,硅痠與鉬痠銨作用,生成可溶性的硅鉬雜多痠。用草痠掩蔽燐、砷等,用硫痠亞鐵銨將硅鉬雜多痠還原為硅鉬藍,之後進行光度法測定。二氧化硅的質量濃度在0~6mg/L範圍內符閤郎伯比耳定律。此方法快速、簡便、靈敏度高,可不經分離直接測定。

The sample is liquited with Na2O2 at high temperature,thenleached with acid aqueous solution containing boric acid,SiO2 in it is conversed to soluble silicic acid.At a certain acidity,the silicic acid reacts chemically with ammonium molybdate to soluble silicon-molybdenum heteropolyacid.After being reduced to silicon-molybdenum blue with FeSO4,phosphorus and arsenic is masked with oxalic acid,it can be determined by photometry.SiO2 concentration consists with Lambert-Beer's Law between 0~60 mg/L.The method is rapid,simple and high sensitive.
