以胜利石油焦为原料,采用单一活性和混合活化法,在不同活化条件下进行活化,考察了颗粒粒径、活化温度、活化时间、活化剂用量等不同因素所制得的活性炭的吸附性能,以期得到较佳活化工艺条件。结果表明,混合活化效果大大优于单一活化法,在碱炭比2∶1,水流量为13.6ml/min,850℃下活化效果较好。
以勝利石油焦為原料,採用單一活性和混閤活化法,在不同活化條件下進行活化,攷察瞭顆粒粒徑、活化溫度、活化時間、活化劑用量等不同因素所製得的活性炭的吸附性能,以期得到較佳活化工藝條件。結果錶明,混閤活化效果大大優于單一活化法,在堿炭比2∶1,水流量為13.6ml/min,850℃下活化效果較好。

Series of active carbons were prepared from petroleum coke by simple activation and co-activation.The effects of grain size of raw coke,activation temperature and time on adsorption properties were studied and also the effect of the concentration of activation agents.Results show that the adsorption capacities of coactivation active carbons are much higher than those of simple activation active carbons.The superior activated carbon was available under the optimum condition of activation(mkoH/mcarbon:2/1,temperature:850℃,velocity of steam:13.6ml/min).
