由于高硅铝合金中含有大量硅结晶粒子,硬度较大的硅结晶 粒子在切削中会加速刀具的磨损,所以,其被切削性非常不好。为解决这一问题,以往是使 用大量切削油进行切削加工。但是,随着环境意识的提高,大量切削油的使用所造成的环境 污染的问题不得不被认识并进行改变。使用对切削点进行微量植物性润滑油润滑和冷风冷却 的方法进行研究,探讨对高硅铝合金切削面的影响。并因此探讨半干式切削加工的可行性。

There is a large quantity of silicon particle, the aluminum alloy has always had the problem of unfavorable machinability. The larg e quantity of silicon particle is major causes that influence the roughness of f inished surface bad and tool life short. Previously, this problem was avoided by using a large amount of lubricating oil during machining. But the side effects of this cutting process have caused many problems, such as environment pollution . Nowadays, with the increased environmental consciousness,there are increasing requirements for looking better cutting methods.In this study,the traditional cu tting method has been changed. Small amount of vegetable lubricant oil and cold air were used on the cutting surface, to study the effects on the quality of mac hinability, and to find the possibility of semi-dry cutting method.
