Wheelset Track Profiles of wheel and rail Contact
从轮轨几何接触的最一般情况入手,分析并建立轮轨接触几何通解的模型;考虑轮对的横移和摇头对几何接触的影响,并考虑轮对在曲线轨道上运动时,动态轨道即轨道曲率、扭率、轨头翻转、轨道倾角的动态变化及轨道几何不平顺的动态变化等对几何接触的影响;同时考虑左右轮轨型面不对称的情况;得出了轮轨接触几何通解的方程式并给出了部分数值模拟结果。
從輪軌幾何接觸的最一般情況入手,分析併建立輪軌接觸幾何通解的模型;攷慮輪對的橫移和搖頭對幾何接觸的影響,併攷慮輪對在麯線軌道上運動時,動態軌道即軌道麯率、扭率、軌頭翻轉、軌道傾角的動態變化及軌道幾何不平順的動態變化等對幾何接觸的影響;同時攷慮左右輪軌型麵不對稱的情況;得齣瞭輪軌接觸幾何通解的方程式併給齣瞭部分數值模擬結果。

The complete theory of geometrical contact between wheels and rails is studied. Track is represented by the theory of differential geometry and general functions considered to represent the profiles of wheel and rail, meanwhile so-called “variable track” is used to give a more railway engineering case. The general formulae of the geometrical constraint between wheels and rails are driven up which is an extension of other theories such as De Pater’s first order theory. The simulation results are presented.
