VA菌根真菌%煙草%山東%種的鑒定
VA균근진균%연초%산동%충적감정
从山东烟区的不同类型的植烟土壤中,采集烟草根际土,经湿筛倾倒蔗糖浮选分离VA菌根真菌孢子,单孢接种烟苗在水培条件下,选出在烟草上能形成VA菌根的菌株进行分类研究。鉴定出烟草VA菌根真菌2个属11个种。属于球囊霉属Glomus的种:苏格兰球囊霉G.cale donium( Nicol.& Gerd.)Gerd.& Trappe,近明球囊霉 G.claroideum Schenck & Smith,缩球囊霉 G .constrictum Trappe,德里球囊霉 G.delhiense Mukerji, Bhattacharjee & T ewari,透光球囊霉 G.diaphanum Morton & Walker,幼套球囊霉 G.etunicatum Becker & Gerdmann, 聚集球囊霉G.glomerulatum Sieverding, 根内球囊霉G.intraradices Schenck & Smith,摩西球囊霉 G.mosseae (Nicol. & Gerd.) Gerd. & Trappe, 网状球囊霉G.retic ulatum Bhatta charjee & Mukerji;属于无梗孢囊霉属 Acaulospora的种:詹氏无梗孢囊霉 A.ger demanni i Schenck & Nicolson。其中德里球囊霉、聚集球囊霉、网状球囊霉和詹氏无梗孢囊霉4 个种为我国新纪录种。对各个种的形态特征进行了详细描述。
從山東煙區的不同類型的植煙土壤中,採集煙草根際土,經濕篩傾倒蔗糖浮選分離VA菌根真菌孢子,單孢接種煙苗在水培條件下,選齣在煙草上能形成VA菌根的菌株進行分類研究。鑒定齣煙草VA菌根真菌2箇屬11箇種。屬于毬囊黴屬Glomus的種:囌格蘭毬囊黴G.cale donium( Nicol.& Gerd.)Gerd.& Trappe,近明毬囊黴 G.claroideum Schenck & Smith,縮毬囊黴 G .constrictum Trappe,德裏毬囊黴 G.delhiense Mukerji, Bhattacharjee & T ewari,透光毬囊黴 G.diaphanum Morton & Walker,幼套毬囊黴 G.etunicatum Becker & Gerdmann, 聚集毬囊黴G.glomerulatum Sieverding, 根內毬囊黴G.intraradices Schenck & Smith,摩西毬囊黴 G.mosseae (Nicol. & Gerd.) Gerd. & Trappe, 網狀毬囊黴G.retic ulatum Bhatta charjee & Mukerji;屬于無梗孢囊黴屬 Acaulospora的種:詹氏無梗孢囊黴 A.ger demanni i Schenck & Nicolson。其中德裏毬囊黴、聚集毬囊黴、網狀毬囊黴和詹氏無梗孢囊黴4 箇種為我國新紀錄種。對各箇種的形態特徵進行瞭詳細描述。

Gerd. & Trappe, 망상구낭매G.retic ulatum Bhatta charjee & Mukerji;속우무경포낭매속 Acaulospora적충:첨씨무경포낭매 A.ger demanni i Schenck & Nicolson。기중덕리구낭매、취집구낭매、망상구낭매화첨씨무경포낭매4 개충위아국신기록충。대각개충적형태특정진행료상세묘술。
Chlamydospores and azygospores of vesicular arbuscular mycorr hizal fungi(VAMF) were isolated by wet sieving and decanting method from rhizosp herical soils of tobacco. Tobacco seedlings at four leaf stage were inoculated w ith single spores of fungal isolates and transferred into sterilized sand in bla ck plastic tubes and then cultured in solution with low level of nutrients. VAM on tobacco were reisolated and 11 species in 2 genera were indentified, includin g G. caledoniu, G.claroideum, G.constrictum, G.delhiense, G.diaphanum, G .etunicatum, G.glomerulatum, G.intraradices, G.mosseae and G.reticulat um i n genus Glomus, and A.gerdemannii in genus Acaulospora. Of which, G .delhiense ,G.glome-rulatum, G.reticulatum and A.gerdemannii were first recorded in China.
