为提高药品容器开启质量和速度,于1998年3月利用力学和电子学原理研制成多功能自动开口机,能自动开启多种规格安瓿、输液瓶及密封类粉针剂瓶,每支/瓶耗时分别为2.0 s和0.5 s。经临床应用两年(开启药品万余支/瓶),未发生药液开启因素所致的不良反应;药液微粒检测结果与常规操作法相比,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。提示临床用药使用本机安全、高效,操作简单,具有推广价值。

In order to improve the lid-removing quality and effect of the drug container, an automatic manifold apparatus for medical lid-removing was developed. The apparatus could be used to open automatically various types of standard ampouls, infusion vase and sealed powder vase. The time consumption was 2.0 s for each ampouls and 0.5 s for each vase respectively. The 2-year clinical application (opening more than 10 thousand ampouls/vases) revealed that no side effects caused by medical lid-removing factor occurred. As compared with routine operation, the results of drug particle examination for this apparatus showed no significant difference (P>0.05). It was suggested that this medical lid-removing apparatus was safe, efficient and simple in operation.
