通过测量20%(体积分数)SiCw/6061Al复合材料热循环(25℃→300℃→25℃)后的尺寸变化,研究了复合材料的热循环尺寸稳定性。结果表明,复合材料尺寸稳定性直接与晶须的取向方式有关。如果晶须取向为混乱分布,热循环后复合材料的尺寸变化不明显。当晶须取向为定向排列时,热循环可造成复合材料沿晶须方向的尺寸增大,同时垂直晶须方向尺寸减小。
通過測量20%(體積分數)SiCw/6061Al複閤材料熱循環(25℃→300℃→25℃)後的呎吋變化,研究瞭複閤材料的熱循環呎吋穩定性。結果錶明,複閤材料呎吋穩定性直接與晶鬚的取嚮方式有關。如果晶鬚取嚮為混亂分佈,熱循環後複閤材料的呎吋變化不明顯。噹晶鬚取嚮為定嚮排列時,熱循環可造成複閤材料沿晶鬚方嚮的呎吋增大,同時垂直晶鬚方嚮呎吋減小。
통과측량20%(체적분수)SiCw/6061Al복합재료열순배(25℃→300℃→25℃)후적척촌변화,연구료복합재료적열순배척촌은정성。결과표명,복합재료척촌은정성직접여정수적취향방식유관。여과정수취향위혼란분포,열순배후복합재료적척촌변화불명현。당정수취향위정향배렬시,열순배가조성복합재료연정수방향적척촌증대,동시수직정수방향척촌감소。
The dimensional changes of the 20%SiCw/6061Al composites after thermal cycling(25℃→300℃→25℃) was measured,and the dimensional stability of the composite was investigated.The result showed that dimensional stability of the composite is directly relates to the manner of whisker orientation.If the orientation of whisker distributed randomly,the dimension of composite was not obviously changed by the thermal cycling.When the orientation of whiskers distributed directionally,the thermal cycling can lead to increase of composite dimension along the direction of whisker,and decrease of that vertical to the direction of whisker.
