[目的]探索常见恶性肿瘤自筛方法。[方法]通过科普宣传教育，让群众学会自查体表部位；每年用自查盒助查各空腔脏器有无隐血，可疑时，去医院进一步精查。北京部分大学40岁～70岁居民自愿入组1万人，分成试验组、对照组各5000人。[结果]1996年～1999年底试验组共检出79例癌，年平均癌检出率482.5／10万，癌死亡率为12.2／10万；对照组癌死亡率206.2／10万，两组差异有显著性。在癌症高发区，同时作扩大普查试验：广东四会市肿瘤所门诊普查1689人，检出25例癌，鼻咽癌24例。1999年～2000年，江苏省食管癌胃癌高发区普查近8万人，检出480例癌。加上“九五”以前的普查统计，用秦氏自查盒已筛查431075人，检出1272例癌，癌前病变1万多例。[结论]开展科普宣教，防癌自查普查，理论与实践相符，方法简便、经济、实用，值得推广应用。
[목적]탐색상견악성종류자사방법。[방법]통과과보선전교육，양군음학회자사체표부위；매년용자사합조사각공강장기유무은혈，가의시，거의원진일보정사。북경부분대학40세～70세거민자원입조1만인，분성시험조、대조조각5000인。[결과]1996년～1999년저시험조공검출79례암，년평균암검출솔482.5／10만，암사망솔위12.2／10만；대조조암사망솔206.2／10만，량조차이유현저성。재암증고발구，동시작확대보사시험：엄동사회시종류소문진보사1689인，검출25례암，비인암24례。1999년～2000년，강소성식관암위암고발구보사근8만인，검출480례암。가상“구오”이전적보사통계，용진씨자사합이사사431075인，검출1272례암，암전병변1만다례。[결론]개전과보선교，방암자사보사，이론여실천상부，방법간편、경제、실용，치득추엄응용。
[Purpose] To assess the result of conmmon cancer screening in China. [Methods] Through education prograraraes, the general population was taught to self-examine the body surface and to use self-exam kit to detect any accult blood given out from the hollow organs. On discovering positive or doubtful results, these subjects were referred to the hospital for a complete clinical check-up. A total of 10000 people with ages 40～70 years chosen from the university areas in Beijing was divided into a test group (5000) and a control group (5000). [Results]This study was carried out for four years, showed that seventy-nine cancer were discovered in the test group, with an annual cancer detection rate of 482.5/105 and a cancer mortality rate of 12.2/105.The control group gave an annual cancer mortality rate of 206/105.There was significant difference (P<0.001). During the same period, an extensive cancer screening was carried out in the high-incidence areas. A population of 1689 was screened for a period of 2 years by Sihui Cancer Institute, Guangdong province. Twenty-five cases with cancer were found. Among them 24 were nasopharyngeal cancer. From 1999 to 2000, another extensive cancer screening in the high incidence areas in Jiangsu province was carried out. Four hundred and eighty cases with cancer were detected from a population of 80 000. Together with the screening population before The Ninth Five-year Plan population of 431075 was screened by Qin' s self-exam kit. One thousand two hundred and seventy-two cases with cancer and more than 10000 cases with pre-cancerous lesions were detected. [Conclusion]The Qin's self-exam kit is easy,economical and effective for common cancer screening.
