针对江苏油田含水上升快、采油速度低等问题,研制了一种新型水介质分散型乳液调堵体系。该体系以分散聚合方法合成的聚丙烯酰胺乳液为主剂,以酚醛树脂作为交联剂配制而成,具有有效含量高(20%)、溶解时间短(<10min)、不含有机溶剂等特点。筛选的交联体系在温度为65℃,矿化度为0~30000mg/L的情况下,成胶时间可控(3d~8d),成胶强度可调(0.04MPa~0.085MPa),具有良好的稳定性。在江苏油田先后试验2口井,综合含水分别由措施前的92.5%降到61.5%、93.7%降到39.1%,降含水效果显著。
針對江囌油田含水上升快、採油速度低等問題,研製瞭一種新型水介質分散型乳液調堵體繫。該體繫以分散聚閤方法閤成的聚丙烯酰胺乳液為主劑,以酚醛樹脂作為交聯劑配製而成,具有有效含量高(20%)、溶解時間短(<10min)、不含有機溶劑等特點。篩選的交聯體繫在溫度為65℃,礦化度為0~30000mg/L的情況下,成膠時間可控(3d~8d),成膠彊度可調(0.04MPa~0.085MPa),具有良好的穩定性。在江囌油田先後試驗2口井,綜閤含水分彆由措施前的92.5%降到61.5%、93.7%降到39.1%,降含水效果顯著。

Aiming at the problem of fast raise of water cut and low oil production rate in jiangsu oilfield, a new plugging system of water medium dispersion emulsion was developed. This system use polyacrylamide emulsion synthesized by the method of dispersion polymerization as main agent and phenolic resin as crosslinking agent and has the characteristics of high effective content(20%), short dissolution time(<10min) and no organic solvent. The gelation time is control able and gel intensity is adjustable in this selected crosslinking system with a good stability under condition of 65℃and 0~30000mg/L salinity. Two wel s has been conducted in Jiangsu oil field. Composite water cut have been decreased from 92.5%to 61.5%and from 93.7%to 39.1%, which shows a significant effect of water cut drop.
