研究以配合新型单片式液晶显示面板结构,设计-个发光二极体灯罩模组,套用于发光二极体晶片上,使其出光达到准直及均匀的光束,便将出光直接投射到液晶显示面板上,我们先以点光源计算求出灯罩模组相关参数,再配合 ZEMAXTM及ASAPTM光学软体进行优化模拟,在此我们以 1 mm×1 mm之 Lambertian 分布光源做模拟,在有效面积里面的均匀度为 85.4%,半强角为 4.8°.

The uniform and collimating LED lamps using one LED power chip and applying to a single LCD panel mini-projector is presented. Form lenses with total internally reflecting surface are designed by a theoretical tracing method and optical tracing software (ASAPTM) and obtained a set optimal lens structure parameters for our aim and condition. It is numerically shown that the 85.4% illumination uniformities on detector and 4.8°of full angle at the half maximum of the luminous intensity when the LED size is 1 mm×1 mm of Lambertian distribution.
