针对两轴电视经纬仪动基座跟踪目标时,视轴无法隔离载体扰动造成图像旋转现象,提出一种基于数学平台的电子消旋方法,采用捷联式惯导+DSP+FPGA的硬件系统通过反向旋转和双线性插值对图像进行消旋和填充,完成视频恢复,该系统已成功应用于小型舰载经纬仪上,可完成720×576×24大小彩色视频图像的恢复,图像质量良好,输出帧频25 f/s,系统自身的输出误差在1个象元内.
針對兩軸電視經緯儀動基座跟蹤目標時,視軸無法隔離載體擾動造成圖像鏇轉現象,提齣一種基于數學平檯的電子消鏇方法,採用捷聯式慣導+DSP+FPGA的硬件繫統通過反嚮鏇轉和雙線性插值對圖像進行消鏇和填充,完成視頻恢複,該繫統已成功應用于小型艦載經緯儀上,可完成720×576×24大小綵色視頻圖像的恢複,圖像質量良好,輸齣幀頻25 f/s,繫統自身的輸齣誤差在1箇象元內.

An electronic elimiating rotation method based on mathematic platform is put forward, which can be used on image rotation by carrier perturbation when the video theodolite tracks target on the active pedestal. The hard- ware system with strapdown inertial navigation equipment, DSP and FPGA, can elimate rotation and fill the image by reverse rotation and bilinear interpolation. This system developed has successfully applied in minitype shipboard theodolite, can complete the restoration of 720 × 576 × 24 color video image, and achieve frame frequency with 25 frame/s for one fine quality image and less then one pure pixel level of maximum pixel error.
