解决好新生代农民工问题是一个关系到推进城乡二元体制改革,遏制城乡差距扩大,改善民生,促进社会和谐稳定的关键性问题。通过采用文献法、问卷调查法和实证研究法,对秦皇岛市新生代农民工的群体特征、融入城镇的各种障碍进行了分析,提出了解决问题的对策。
解決好新生代農民工問題是一箇關繫到推進城鄉二元體製改革,遏製城鄉差距擴大,改善民生,促進社會和諧穩定的關鍵性問題。通過採用文獻法、問捲調查法和實證研究法,對秦皇島市新生代農民工的群體特徵、融入城鎮的各種障礙進行瞭分析,提齣瞭解決問題的對策。
해결호신생대농민공문제시일개관계도추진성향이원체제개혁,알제성향차거확대,개선민생,촉진사회화해은정적관건성문제。통과채용문헌법、문권조사법화실증연구법,대진황도시신생대농민공적군체특정、융입성진적각충장애진행료분석,제출료해결문제적대책。
Solving the issue on the new-generation farmer workers is the key to promote the reform of urban-rural dual structure,to bridge the gap between urban and rural areas,to improve people＇s livelihood,and to improve social harmony and stability.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey and empirical research,the population characteristics of the new-generation farmer workers and the barriers for them to be integrated into Qinhuangdao city were analyzed,the countermeasures and suggestions are also put forward to solve the problems.
