This paper describes the technology of the carbon fiber antenna metalizing by transfer. Through studying the composition of polymer solution, the molding of polymer transfer film and the technology of the metal spraying, the surface metallization process of carbon fiber composite antenna is confirmed. The design specifications have been met in the electromagnetic wave reflection characteristics test of the metallized carbon fiber antenna at Ka-band. This technology is characteristic of high stability and security, low cost, easy operation and no effect on precision of products, therefore it has a promising prospect for applications in curing at room temperature and medium temperature.
