    The methods of collection and slide preparation for flower spider mites were introduced in this paper. The collection of flower spider mites includes three methods: beat branches and leaves, clipping damaged leaves or water floating method. Permanent slide preparation method includes four steps: removing impurity in mites, dye, dehydration and mounting.
