探讨了不同浓度的水杨酸对黄独试管苗生长发育的影响.黄独带芽茎段分别在含0、0.4、0.8、1.6、3.2、6.4、12.8和25.6 mg /L 等8个梯度浓度水杨酸的MS培养基中,在温度为25±1℃、光照时间12 h/d、光强1 000~1 400 lx的条件下进行培养,结果表明,低浓度水杨酸对黄独的生长有促进作用,但高浓度水杨酸对黄独试管苗的生长发育有抑制作用,而且随着浓度增加其抑制作用愈加明显.
探討瞭不同濃度的水楊痠對黃獨試管苗生長髮育的影響.黃獨帶芽莖段分彆在含0、0.4、0.8、1.6、3.2、6.4、12.8和25.6 mg /L 等8箇梯度濃度水楊痠的MS培養基中,在溫度為25±1℃、光照時間12 h/d、光彊1 000~1 400 lx的條件下進行培養,結果錶明,低濃度水楊痠對黃獨的生長有促進作用,但高濃度水楊痠對黃獨試管苗的生長髮育有抑製作用,而且隨著濃度增加其抑製作用愈加明顯.
탐토료불동농도적수양산대황독시관묘생장발육적영향.황독대아경단분별재함0、0.4、0.8、1.6、3.2、6.4、12.8화25.6 mg /L 등8개제도농도수양산적MS배양기중,재온도위25±1℃、광조시간12 h/d、광강1 000~1 400 lx적조건하진행배양,결과표명,저농도수양산대황독적생장유촉진작용,단고농도수양산대황독시관묘적생장발육유억제작용,이차수착농도증가기억제작용유가명현.
The purpose of this article focused on the different concentrations of Salicylic acid on in vitro growth and development of (Dioscorea bulbifera L). The experiment were divided into eight groups, each group was set into the concentration gradients that is 0, 0.4, 0.8, 1.6, 3.2, 6.4, 12.8, 25.6 mg/L eight gradient. Dioscorea bulbifera L. in vitro with different concentrations of Salicylic acid in MS culture medium, at a temperature of 25±1℃, the illumination time 12 h/d, light intensity of 1000-1400 lx cultured under culture conditions. Salicylic acid on Dioscorea bulbifera L. in vitro growth have promotion effect, with the increasing concentration of the stronger inhibitory effect, the larger the concentration was increased, the stronger the inhibition effect was.
