作为中国近代启蒙思想家,梁启超认识到旧中国重私德、轻公德而带来的国民凝聚力缺乏的弊端,分析了社会公德的丰富内涵、精神实质和生成路径.在由传统社会向现代社会转型的过程中,应该借鉴梁启超社会公德思想的合理内核,从扩大公共领域、建立健全社会赏罚机制两个方面,加强社会公德的制度性培育.
作為中國近代啟矇思想傢,樑啟超認識到舊中國重私德、輕公德而帶來的國民凝聚力缺乏的弊耑,分析瞭社會公德的豐富內涵、精神實質和生成路徑.在由傳統社會嚮現代社會轉型的過程中,應該藉鑒樑啟超社會公德思想的閤理內覈,從擴大公共領域、建立健全社會賞罰機製兩箇方麵,加彊社會公德的製度性培育.

The article shows that Liang Qichao,the Chinese modern thinker of enlightenment,recognized that the old China put more emphasis on personal morality without any attention to social one which led to the defects in cohesion of the Chinese nation.Analysis is made of the connotation and essence in social ethics and morality and its path.In the process of transformation from traditional society to modern society,lessons should be drawn from Liang Qichao＇s reasonable kernel in his social ethics thought.A sound social rewards and punishments system should be established from the public domain so as to strengthen the systematic cultivation in social morality.
