基于气体吹扫微注射器萃取技术(GP-MSE)、高温加热和半导体冷凝技术,研究和开发了集萃取、净化、浓缩、预分离为一体的气相色谱样品前处理仪器——ME-101多功能微萃取仪.通过对比水蒸气蒸馏法和多功能微萃取仪萃取得到的关苍术根茎中挥发油的气相色谱-质谱总离子流图发现,利用该仪器萃取到的挥发性成分的个数明显多于水蒸气蒸馏法,并且该仪器萃取的主要成分含量高于水蒸气蒸馏法.实验表明,该仪器具有试剂用量少、萃取时间短、富集率高、结构简单、使用方便、使用费用低等特点,适用于医药、农业、食品、质量控制等领域的固体、液体样品的气相色谱样品前处理.

ME-101 multifunctional microextraction apparatus,a gas chromatography(GC) sample pretreatment apparatus that integrates extraction,cleanup,concentration and predissociation was researched and developed based on gas purge microsyringe extraction(GP-MSE) technique,high-temperature heating and semiconductor refrigeration techniques.By comparing the GC-MS total ion chromatograms(TICs) of the volatile oil that extracted from the rhizome of atractylodes japonica by steam distillation method and multifunctional microextraction apparatus respectively,we find that the volatile components extracted by the apparatus outnumber the ones extracted by steam distillation method clearly.Furthermore,the content of major constituents extracted by the apparatus is higher.Through experiments,the apparatus proved to have characteristics such as low consumption of reagent,short extraction time,high enrichment efficiency,simple structure,convenience in use and low operating cost,it can be applied to the GC sample pretreatment of solid or liquid sample in the areas of medicine,agriculture,food,quality control and so on.
