给出了基于双频技术来实现RFID卡的唤醒与识别的双频RFID“校园卫士”技防管理系统的设计方法。该技防管理系统由“校园卫士”管理维护中心平台、电信运营商短信平台和多个校园的“校园卫士”技防管理分系统组成。该系统只在学生经过校门口时,学生佩戴的RFID卡才工作并发送学生信息,然后通过采集和处理RFID信息来实现“校园卫士”技防管理,从而有效地提高学校的安全管理水平。

The "Campus Guards" system is based on dual-frequency technology to realize the RFID card awakening and identification function. This system includes management sub-system, short message management sub-system and acquisition sub-system. The RFID card carried on by the pupil will be automatically (retained) in the dormant state, producing zero radiation, and it is helpful to ensure the health of the pupils. Only when the pupils approaching the school gate for entrance into the school campus, the RFID cards being carried by them will be activated and start sending pupils information to the reader installed at the gate location. Through RFID data acquisition and processing, the "Campus Guards" system will realize the technique security management. The introduction and application of the system will effectively improve the security management of the school.
