In this paper, the ATmega128 MCU is proposed as an example in the signal processing subsystems of molten steel level monitoring system, the paper introduces the system's collection and processing method for the analog and digital quantity and the switch quantity , with LCD module display the value of the data and the states, and explains some design technique and skills of saving microcontroller pins, through the cooperate of the software and hardware , makes the results of the signal processing to meet the design requirements.
