目的:探讨正常生育妇女月经周期不同时期子宫内膜腺上皮细胞、间质细胞中HOXA-10基因的表达。方法:采用原位杂交的方法。结果:HOXA-10基因在子宫内膜腺上皮细胞、间质细胞均有表达;中晚分泌期的表达高于增殖期及分泌早期,且间质细胞的表达高于腺上皮细胞。结论:(1)HOXA-10基因在分泌中期子宫内膜高表达提示其可能在人胚胎着床过程中起某种作用。(2)HOXA-10基因可能在人子宫内膜蜕膜化过程中有重要作用。

목적:탐토정상생육부녀월경주기불동시기자궁내막선상피세포、간질세포중HOXA-10기인적표체。방법:채용원위잡교적방법。결과:HOXA-10기인재자궁내막선상피세포、간질세포균유표체;중만분비기적표체고우증식기급분비조기,차간질세포적표체고우선상피세포。결론:(1)HOXA-10기인재분비중기자궁내막고표체제시기가능재인배태착상과정중기모충작용。(2)HOXA-10기인가능재인자궁내막세막화과정중유중요작용。
Objective: To study the expression of HOXA-10 mRNA in the glandular epithelial cells and stromal cells of endometrium of fertile women during the menstrual cycle.
Method: In situ hybridization method.
Results: (1)HOXA-10 mRNA levels can be detected in the glandular epithelial cells and stromal cells of endometrium in fertile women during the menstrual cycle. (2)HOXA-10 mRNA levels were significantly higher in the mid-and late-secretory phase than those in the proliferative phase and early secretory phase (P<0.01). HOXA-10 mRNA levels in endometrial stromal cells at midsecretory and late secretory were significantly higher than those in glandular epithelial cells (P<0.01).
Conclusion: (1)High expression of HOXA-10 around the time of implantation indicates that HOXA-10 may involve in implantation. (2)HOXA-10 has an important function in the decidulization of endometrium.
