针对在煤泥浮选过程中,传统捕收剂耗量大、使用效果不理想的现状,进行了柴油乳化的研究,得到了一种新型的乳化捕收剂ZFC,并已在选煤厂中试用.结果表明:ZFC性能优良,选择性高,大大改善了浮选效果,且药剂的用量比传统的轻柴油节省约70%.

침대재매니부선과정중,전통포수제모량대、사용효과불이상적현상,진행료시유유화적연구,득도료일충신형적유화포수제ZFC,병이재선매엄중시용.결과표명:ZFC성능우량,선택성고,대대개선료부선효과,차약제적용량비전통적경시유절성약70%.
According to the high consumption of the conventional collector and the applied results not expectedly during the slime floatation,the paper had a research on the diesel emulsion.A new emulsion collector ZFC was developed and was applied to the coal preparation plant.The results showed that the ZFC had a excellent performances and high selectivity.The floatation results had been highly improved.The ZFC consumption could be 70% less than the conventional light diesel.
