对加拿大披碱草与老芒麦种间杂种F_1的形态学和细胞学特征进行研究.结果表明,F_1生长势明显超过双亲,穗型呈双亲中间型;杂种F_1的体细胞染色体核型公式为2n=22m+6sm;F_1为真杂种;F_1花粉母细胞后期Ⅰ有落后染色体出现,落后染色体细胞频率达87.37%,减数分裂中期染色体配对紊乱,形成较多的棒状二价体.
對加拿大披堿草與老芒麥種間雜種F_1的形態學和細胞學特徵進行研究.結果錶明,F_1生長勢明顯超過雙親,穗型呈雙親中間型;雜種F_1的體細胞染色體覈型公式為2n=22m+6sm;F_1為真雜種;F_1花粉母細胞後期Ⅰ有落後染色體齣現,落後染色體細胞頻率達87.37%,減數分裂中期染色體配對紊亂,形成較多的棒狀二價體.
대가나대피감초여로망맥충간잡충F_1적형태학화세포학특정진행연구.결과표명,F_1생장세명현초과쌍친,수형정쌍친중간형;잡충F_1적체세포염색체핵형공식위2n=22m+6sm;F_1위진잡충;F_1화분모세포후기Ⅰ유락후염색체출현,락후염색체세포빈솔체87.37%,감수분렬중기염색체배대문란,형성교다적봉상이개체.
Morphologic and cytological characteristics of hybrid F_1 between E.canadensis and E. sibiricus were studied. The results showed that hybrid F_1 were obviously exceeded parents in plant growth vigor, and spike type of F_1 was between parents. The karyotype formula of hybrid F_1 which was true hybrid was 2n=22m+6sm. At meiotic anaphase, chromosome lagging behaviors were frequently observed. The frequency of lagging chromosomes of F_1 was 87.37%. At meiotic metaphase, there were many univalents and multivalents, and the rod bivalent formed greatly.
