对在不同加载路径下半滑动式液压胀形工艺中的管坯预胀形及终胀形过程进行了数值模拟,分析了不同加载路径下的管坯成形情况及其周向、轴向的壁厚分布,得到了预胀形管坯壁厚分布较好的加载路径以及终胀形时可确保成形合格样件的加载路径,并在普通液压机上进行了实验验证。
對在不同加載路徑下半滑動式液壓脹形工藝中的管坯預脹形及終脹形過程進行瞭數值模擬,分析瞭不同加載路徑下的管坯成形情況及其週嚮、軸嚮的壁厚分佈,得到瞭預脹形管坯壁厚分佈較好的加載路徑以及終脹形時可確保成形閤格樣件的加載路徑,併在普通液壓機上進行瞭實驗驗證。

A numerical simulation of pre-bulging and final bulging of half-sliding hydroforming under the different loading paths was carried out.The hydroforming state and the wall thickness of tubeblank in the periphery direction and the axial direction were analyzed under variable loading paths,and the better paths were figured out,by which the wall thickness distribution was good for the pre-bulging and the qualified samples were obtained.The small automobile axle housings were tria-produced with a common press.
