为了提高医院对科研试剂和耗材的管理水平,医院可以将科研试剂和耗材分为通用类和特殊类两类实施分类管理,通过实施基于信息化系统的科研试剂和耗材的分类管理模式,一方面,为科研人员提供了良好的服务,提高了科研经费的使用效率；另一方面,医院可以掌握科研试剂和耗材的使用情况,便于加强对科研经费的有效控制与管理.
